Why this module makes the shortlist

EU Fiscal Composer reads reservations from your SiteMinder subscription through the official SiteMinder API and issues country-correct fiscal documents automatically. France: facture with mentions obligatoires under Code général des impôts and the two-VAT scheme for accommodation (10 percent) and food service (10 percent) with the 20 percent rate on ancillaries. Italy: fattura elettronica in the XML format required by the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI), integrated with the CU code and the two VAT rates for accommodation (10 percent) and short-stay (22 percent). Germany: Rechnung with the correct Beherbergungssteuer treatment. Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands: locally correct invoices with the reduced accommodation VAT and separate handling for breakfast and city tax. Does not replace SiteMinder billing — invoices generated here can be posted back to the guest folio as attachments through the API and archived in the tax authority format each country requires (PDF/A-3 for France, XML for Italy). Ideal for boutique groups that operate in more than one EU country and are tired of hand-issuing invoices in six formats.
