Hotelminder does not publish testimonials. What we publish are first-person letters, edited only for length, from the General Managers of the boutique European hotels that ran a specific shortlist module during the vetting phase. Every number is measured against that hotel's own SiteMinder reports for the baseline. Every quote is the hotelier's own words.

On how we choose case letters Every letter here is written by the General Manager of a property that ran a Hotelminder module during the vetting phase — never a paid endorsement, never a chain hotel, never a ghost-written testimonial. If a pilot did not work, the property does not appear here; it appears instead in our private onboarding notes so the next pilot avoids the same trap.
On reference calls All three General Managers below have agreed to take a short reference call from a prospective boutique customer of similar shape. If your property is between 15 and 45 rooms and in a boutique-editorial positioning band, email the advisory team and we will arrange the introduction.
On the numbers Every quantitative claim in these letters is measured against the property's own SiteMinder Channel Manager and SiteMinder Insights reports for the baseline period. Nothing is annualised, nothing is compared to industry averages. If a figure is not something the hotel would sign off on themselves, it is not on the page.
