Review Response Studio integrates with your SiteMinder Reviews account through the official SiteMinder API. When a review lands on Booking, Google or TripAdvisor and appears in SiteMinder Reviews, the Studio drafts a reply in the guest's language and places it in a review queue. The differentiator is the voice model. Instead of a generic 'thank you for your feedback' template, the Studio ingests eight to fifteen sample responses from your existing SiteMinder Reviews history and derives a voice profile — punctuation habits, opening phrases, whether the property addresses guests by first name, whether it defers to management or speaks in the collective 'we', whether the tone leans warm-editorial or crisp-professional. Drafts inherit that voice. A team member approves, edits or rejects each draft in one click; approved replies post back through SiteMinder Reviews to the source channel. Languages supported: English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish. The Studio does not replace SiteMinder Reviews — the review inbox, the alert channel and the reporting stay in SiteMinder.
